Electronic signature

To add an electronic signature:

  1. First, sign in dark ink on white paper
  2. Scan your signature.
  3. Then open the scan in Paint (which is under Start/ Programmes/ Accessories).
  4. Crop the picture; then save it as a file.
  5. For a Word document go to the place where you need to sign.
  6. Then on the top bar go to: Insert picture/ from file and choose the signature.
  7. Save the document
  8. For a PDF document: same as above.  Follow instructions for ‘Sign’
  9. Forward as necessary
