To add an electronic signature:
- First, sign in dark ink on white paper
- Scan your signature.
- Then open the scan in Paint (which is under Start/ Programmes/ Accessories).
- Crop the picture; then save it as a file.
- For a Word document go to the place where you need to sign.
- Then on the top bar go to: Insert picture/ from file and choose the signature.
- Save the document
- For a PDF document: same as above. Follow instructions for ‘Sign’
- Forward as necessary
